We will match any legitimate competitor's prices with written proof. If you find a lower price on any identical rental package, we will meet or beat the competitor's price with the same terms. Written proof can consist competitor's website address showing the lower price, copy of sales circular showing lower price, or a written letter or email showing the lower price. Anything other than the above documentation will not be accepted. You can contact us about the information you have and we will review it on a case by case basis.

Some additional rental information:

$50.00 deposit per machine required at the time the machine is delivered. The deposit will be credited towards your final balance. We may remove this requirement for customers with good rental history or for corporate events where a good faith understanding is in place.
Payment by cash or check. There will be a $30.00 fee for all returned checks.
Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before reserved date, the $50.00 deposit will not be returned.
Additional mixes cost $15.00 each.
When a price quote is provided to you, this amount reflects an estimate based on the information you have given us regarding the event. There may be additional charges for out of area deliveries or same day pickups.
Mas Tequila DOES NOT SUPPLY LIQUOR OR ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Customer supplies the liquor. The renter is ultimately responsible for obeying all rules, laws and regulations that are in place at the time. This includes underage drinkers and drinking and driving. Please drink responsibly.
Machine must be plugged into a dedicated 20 amp circuit. This means that we need the whole outlet (2 plugs) for the frozen drink machine, and nothing else will be able to use the outlet.
If possible, please find a shady place for the machine when the party will be outdoors. This will provide the machine with protection from the elements and it will also speed up the freezing process. The hotter and more direct sun the machine gets, the longer it will take to freeze. It will also affect the consistency of the mix. If it is too hot and the machine is in the direct sunlight, the mix will be looser.
The frozen drink machines are commercial grade and are therefore very heavy. A machine full of beverage can weigh somewhere near 200 lbs. When we leave a machine at your party, it will be placed in the most convenient and safest location. It will be the responsibility of the renter to protect the welfare of the guests as well as the machine from any unexpected harm.

Why should I stay away from this type of frozen drink machine?

This is called a granita machine. It is a guaranteed way to have a disappointing party for a few reasons. First, there is no insulation around the hoppers. The machine can not handle outdoor parties or direct sunlight. It will never completely freeze. The heat will keep this from happening as well as the fact that the freezing chamber is not separated from the holding chamber like it is on our rental machines. The granita machine is not commercial grade or party friendly. Stick with one of our commercial grade, stainless steel insulated machines that will freeze in as little as 30 minutes!! We've been doing this for a long time (over 100,000 frozen margaritas sold in the last 3 years) and would not rent a granita machine to our customers.
